| President and CEO: Andy Bayley earned a B.S. from Abilene Christian University in Industrial Technology and completed graduate hours from Texas A&M in architecture. He has been involved in the design business since 1990 and employed full-time by design firms since 1995.
His experience includes employment with a commercial architectural firm, a landscape architectural firm, a residential design firm, a residential architectural firm and a statewide home building company. His wide range of residential experience includes work on a 28,000 sq. ft. $5 million dollar house in East Texas to many affordable housing options throughout Texas and neighboring states.
He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Builders and the Permian Basin Home Builders Association.
Andy and his family moved to Midland in 2003 from Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife, Lisa, and their two children. A third child is expected to arrive in May. Andy is an active member of Stonegate Fellowship, a local body of the Christian church, where he serves in the video ministry and is involved in missions work.
Andy is community oriented and has engaged in work for various non-profit organizations and volunteer work. |
